Purchases for Personal Use:

Superheroine Fans (SF) produces video clips and sells them for personal use only. Personal use does not include the public display of these video products, or any portion thereof, in any manner or through any media whatsoever, nor does it include file-sharing in any manner whatsoever, nor does it allow you to use the products or any portion thereof for the purpose of profit, whether such profit is in the form of currency of any sort whatsoever, or credit, or barter, or otherwise. Should you use the products for any use other than for personal use, you shall be responsible for royalties, damages, lost profits, and all costs associated with collecting same, including all legal and collection fees and disbursements.

Downloadable Products:

Once purchased, our videos are to be downloaded, backed-up and stored by the customer, and we shall not be obligated to provide further downloads of a purchased product once a workable download link has been sent to the customer's email address as provided on the purchase thereof.

Our Privacy, Refund and Return Policies:

The following policies are our current refund, cancellation, return and shipping policies. SF reserves the right to amend the policies as stated at any time by posting revised policies on this Site. Except as otherwise stated, all amendments will be effective 5 days after they are posted on this Site. Our Refund, Cancellation, Return and Shipping Policies as set out below shall be sometimes referred to collectively as "our policies".

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

As all SF products are downloadable, once a download code has been sent to the customer's supplied email address, that order shall be considered final, and there shall be no refund provided or cancellation permitted. If download codes (the "codes") do not arrive or do not work properly, SF reserves the right to take up to 5 days to provide replacement codes from the date that they are informed by the customer that the initial codes have not arrived or have not allowed the purchased download. Should SF be unable to provide codes within the aforesaid 5 day period, SF will cheerfully refund the customer's purchase price.

2. Return and Shipping Policies:

Since SF only sells downloadable products, shipping and return policies are irrelevant.

We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way in a strictly confidential manner. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we shall not sell this information to others.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card payments and providing technical assistance and customer service. These companies and individuals may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but are not allowed to use it for other purposes. We release account and other personal information only when required in order to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or protect our rights, or those of our customers. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit-risk reduction. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.
